I have sent in some of my complaints and emails of the lies Angela Penbrook and customer care sent to me to City of Irvine,ca. They are a planned community and Don't stand for any company operations that Penbrook Productions does and they will investigate and check this company opoerating in their city if not get the police involved too. So the more complaints sent in to the City of Irvine the better chance that we have of getting our money back or getting Angela Penbrook in legal trouble too.
Anyone going for Legal action we should all join together and give Penbrook Productions and Angela Penbrook what they deserve. Sounds like all of us received the same generic email for our 90 day money back guarantee , I still send my complaints everyday to customercare@penbrookproductions.com attn: Angela Penbrook sooner or later she will get tired or the hint to refund money like her wbesite and emails say they will My cousin is a Lawyer and says to print out whatever she says in emails to show proof the company and Angela knew about what they were doing.
The latest ones are her saying it's my bank or credit card company not putting refund on card and the old wait 3-5 days instead of 5-7 days for my credit card company to give me credit. Because customer care computor shows they successfully gave refund and that a department manager will contact me by email or call back for this credit taking so long , plus they are apoligising for the inconvienence my credit card company or bank not putting credit on my card.
Blame someone else and give us all kind of generic company excuses is what I told Angela and my credit card company wants to know why your slandering their name for not giving me a credit that your company has not refunded? So email constantly to customercare@penbrookproductions.com and (((email redacted))) about this refund problem and I bet we'll see action one way or another "everyday email" what else have we got to lose. squeaky wheel gets the grease and what goes around comes around.

MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY IS EMAILING ME EVERYDAY ABOUT THIS FALSE ATTEMPT REFUND TO LET ME KNOW AFTER I'VE BEEN CALLING THEM EVERDAY AS SOON AS ANY ATTEMPT IS MADE BY PENBROOK PRODUCTIONS THEIR PROCESSING DEPARTMENT WILL EMAIL LIKE THEY'VE BEEN DOING SINCE JUNE 25,2008 A WEEK AFTER THE EMAILS SAID YOUR REFUND WENT THROUGH SUCCESSFULLY. TODAY (JULY 8,2008) I RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM CUSTOMER CARE SAYING THEY CANNOT FIND MY INFORMATION TO REFUND MY CARD NOW AND THEY WONDER WHY PEOPLE ARE CALLING THEM A SCAM?

I keep sending emails to ANGELAPENBROOK@PENBROOKPRODUCTIONS.COM and to the CITY of IRVINE,CA everyday and now Penbrook Productions is trying to get me my refund back ASAP something or someone got to them I beleive, so don't stop sending those emails in everyday to these two places one way or another we will get justice for ourselves.
