I just bought a used car from someone
I took the car to the shop for a change in the brake pad
it ended changing my front tire four brake pads
it ended up cost me 700 dollars for the whole thing
the labor itself costs me 350 dollars.
They never told me about the finally price until they done work on the car
Their manner was rude, not even willing to talk or negotiate.
the bill came in like 700. I was like what is going on here?
On the other side, after a week from this horrible experience I had, my car's brake continually to make even more noise. then in a morning I decided to pay a visit to another shop, it turned they installed my brake pad wrong. Also one of my brake was coming off because one of the screw was missing. I was impressed the 700-dollars repair service they did from Pepboys
Therefore, I am here to report this business DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO THERE EVER
A business like that should be closed immediately to protect the customers
