This report is just like the previous one posted about PGKmen/Philip Kearney. Philip Kearney is not trustworthy for his so called 'professional modeling agent' title. As mentioned in the other report, he 'scouts' for young men that are athletic in build with a good complexion and will approach them anywhere... malls, airports, buses, anywhere. He offers them a card and says to call if interested in modeling and 'making a lot of money'.
He sweet-talks the entire time you care to waste a moment of your life listening to his bullcrap. He will arrange for you to meet him in a hotel room as he 'teaches' you how to model. He claims that the photos he takes of you with his personal camera will be sent to the agency he purports to work for, Images Management NYC, and that after these 'prequalifying photos' you'll be considered for a free photoshoot in Manhattan, NY to begin your professional portfolio with Images Maxx-Men (a men's division of ImagesNYC).
He tries to get you to trust him by saying that the modeling world is full of perverts who would try to take advantage of you, but he's 'got your back'. He tries to reassure you that the photos he takes of you will help you to start a portfolio for finding clients. Don't trust him in any way!!!
He is horribly unorganized and barely even bothers to respond to you after he meets with you. He will try to touch you lewdly and inappropriately, claiming that "it's not against your will" (i.e. - implying that you should let him touch you since you told him that you want to make money as a model). He also tries to convince you that it's okay by saying that he's "showing you what you need to work on for the camera and how you need to pose" as he lures you on with the promise of a successful modeling job. He will take advantage of any politeness you may have towards him by constantly telling you that he's dealt with models who've had bad attitudes and that they were refused jobs because of it, and that the nice guys are the ones who get the jobs.
Basically, he's trying to get you to let your guard down and be as nice to him as possible so that he can take advantage of you while you're lured on by the promise of a modeling career. He will try to offer you a body massage, which needless to say is extremely awkward, unnecessary, and inappropriate. He will buy you clothing and food to try and convince you that he makes a lot of money. He won't even try to offer you a contract or any legally binding documents because, in reality, he has no professional legitimacy to verify and he is not who he claims to be. He negates the entire subject of getting official paperwork and similar professional details started while babbling on about the promise of trips all around the world doing photoshoots on famous beaches and in big cities, even though he works a day job as a flight attendant.
It is not worth even considering trusting this guy. He's a disgusting pervert who will lie without hesitation and without remorse just to try and take advantage of college age young men who are most likely needing some money. You will not be making any money from this despicable dirtbag so avoid the PGK name and of course avoid Philip Kearney at all times. And, if you are trying to be a model, be sure that you apply to a well-established agency, not a 'newly up and coming agency (i.e. - PGK)' or especially an 'independent agent' like he claims to be.
