I purchased a product claiming Risk-Free Trial and have experienced it to be totally false. The product was from an advertisement showing Oprah Winfrey and testimonials from well known names i.e. CNN, ABC, CBS and Oprah. I received this product and noticed there was no documentation inside the bubbly mailer when opened. Usually when ordering a product you get return information if not 100% satisfied with it. Not in this case. I was charged $89.95 and told no refund or return when calling and speaking with Shaunte in Customer Service.

The product labeling looks so fake depicting Amazon ACAI BERRY BLAST 100% Pure Rainforest and for that matter there is no way of knowing what is in contents of this capsule. For all I know it could be fatal if I continue consuming them.

Beware of ordering this - be sure to read the Terms and Conditions as it is binding. I don't know how they haven't been sought out by authorities for their illegal action - it is not a legitimate company. The company is registered on the domain "Go Daddy" which right there is a sign and PH Media LLC happens to be a Graphic Design Company.

Best bet is to file with the FTC, States Attorney's Office as well as file a dispute with credit card company as soon as you see they have charged your account. Don't wait less than 24 hrs. as believe me they will not listen to any complaining on your end. To be certain of any recurring charges it would be best to cancel credit card used to purchase product altogether.
