PINNACLE 365 JASON BUTLER, STAN DAVIS, JOSH JONES Took $3500 Aug 28,2013 and did not make contact until I tried to get a refund only money. They yelled at me (primarily Jason Butler) and refused to consider refund. Jason insisted that they had contacted me by email but I never got anything from them. Finally today they called me again and wanted me to sign an agreement stating that I could not sake for a refund after todays\'s date (11/14/13) and and sign that I had seen the website BEFORE I could even see the details. I have not signed. I have tried to call them to explain that I indeed do want the refund and that I cannot sign a document without seeing what the website and all the information entailed. They are not answering my phone. I am afraid that I cannot get a refund if I do not contact them before midnight tonight. NO email address. SEATTLE Washington

On Aug 28, 2013 I was contacted by "Amazon Marketing" company and an affiliate marketing program was described to me.  I was not given a company name so I thought I was talking to the same people that I was already working with at Amazon.  Unfortunately I thought it was the same.  I was increasing my PPC (Pay per Click) options and wired $3500 for this increase for exposure.  After they got the money I was not able to get in touch with them.  Then  several weeks ago I contacted Jason Butler and requested that my money be returned.  I saw no product and was not recieving any informationn.  He was very beligerent with me and acused me of not knowing how to use my email account, stating that they had sent me the information and I did not respond.  I had sent a fax per Josh Jones, requesting a refund of the $3500.  No response.  I called again and Jason went after me again and insulted me.  "No refunds after 30 days!!".

Today they call and want me to sign the agreement contract.  When I looked it over it stated that I was agreeing to the websites and business opportunities they had built for me.  It also requested I sign that I have been treated with respect.  The most alarming things was by initialing the 4th row that I agreed not to request a refund after midnight tonigh, the 14 of November.  I have been trying to call them back all afternoon and no one will answer the phone.  (888-434-8490)

I have no email address and do not know where they are calling from.  However, the BBB states thier address in Washington State.  The BB has given them an F.

I have left a message for my attorney to see if he can help me with this one. I really need the money back and feel really stupid and vulnerable.  But I won't give up.
