He was well trained to convinced me showing me the equipment and how it works bla bla bla finally i signed the contract but after the third month I decided to cancel that service and then they told me I had a contract for 18 months and I could cancel the service only before 3 days from the contract day and by a written letter.
Then I move to a department because my house is under forclosure and also their service works only with PHONE LINE and I cancelled my home phone on the 1st month when I signed the PLATINUM service so I explained them I dont have home phone and they offered me to conect their service by my cellular Phone for $300.00 more I can not pay more and I NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE the continue taking $40.00 dollars monthly from my account
