They still do not put the "Fees" in the advertise price of the car. After signing papers showing what we agreed to pay, the "Finance" person then tries to hurry you through by saying "No need to read any of the documents your signing, only worry about the pretty ones"!! Then they try to jump the price almost $2,000.00 saying it's fees!!!!
Have been trying to get copies of my Bill of sale and all documents that I signed for two months - they will not comply.
Sent them notification that the odometer reading was incorrect before they submitted any paper work to the DMV they still went ahead and sent in FALSE information.
It appears that Auto Dealers can do whatever they want and are never held accountable - Must be nice to be above the law.
My only hope is that when they meet their maker they will have to answer for all they have done and are judged correctly and sent straight to h**l.
