Although the State Attorney General's Office - Bureau of Consumer Protection can not force PMA et al to settle any claim you may have, and you should. You should continue to inform them of the deceptive practices of PMA. The more reports the better. Sooner of later it will make a difference and put these folks out of business. Also, please examine any check you may have given Timmons etc. when they were Merrill-Adams. If it is made out to the Timmons Group, you may have a criminal and civil complaint against PMA and Charles Timmons unless you signed a new contract.
