According to Jolene Jenkins, PMA is not responsible!
AUTHOR: Cam - (U.S.A.)

Call 918-473-0028 to speak with someone at PMA. Jolene Jenkins is the sales manager of PMA. Tony Mahurin is the owner of PMA and is responsible for all of the "junior companies" that he hires/contracts. I must warn you that Jolene is under the impression that she and Tony feel that he is not responsible for any debts incurred while magazines were being processed through Entrepreneurs Across America. Of course, they're both wrong, and if you were scammed, you should pursue legal action.
The fact that they feel that they have a loophole and are willing to use it is really sad, when considering that they know they owe lots of people. Jolene stated that Kelly Zoppi, Keitha Carson, and Rick Senner are responsible for these debts, so you may also try these numbers: 903-429-3300 903-436-0456
Also try contacting their clearing houses. They can easily get delisted (lose the right to sell all or certain magazine titles) if enough consumers start complaining about their illegal practices. Subscription Agency 863-229-2557 (speak to Melanie) or call NPE 727-524-3600 (ask to speak to Dawn's replacement).
I don't have the numbers to their other clearing houses handy, but will post later if requested. You can call either of the numbers listed and ask for the number to the publishers of the magazine. If PMA is contacted by the publisher or the clearing house, they have a legal obligation to respond, or they risk getting delisted and audited.
Also, I'm pretty sure that your receipt states that delivery will occur within 90-120 days, just like other customers have stated. So, wait until 120 days are up, then complain like crazy to the Attorney General (for your state and for Texas, because they have many complaints in Texas, and Keitha Carson had been purposely ignoring the AG in Texas for at least a year.)
However, if Antonio Rotramel told you that your magazines would arrive sooner, then you should pursue your complaint sooner, as he misrepresented himself. You could try complaining to the BBB of Dallas, but as far as I'm aware, all complaints regarding any PMA/Threedom/Entrepreneurs Across America/Points Across America company are sent straight to the Attorney General, because Keitha Carson refuses to respond to complaints.
