We discovered many complaints filed against PMI were meant for another company with a similar name.

After being swindled out of $8,000US, ($10,500 CAN) I thought at least I should warn others to NEVER order anything from Prsper, PMI, PMG or whatever they are calling themselves. You could learn what they teach you in a $80 real estate investing book (which I regularly resort to) and save yourself the time and money on these clowns.

If anyone has successfully got any money back I would be very interested in how you achieved this. Living in Calgary AB, my mentor had no idea what the market was like here, nor was he aware of the different options Canadians have when it comes to real estate. All I can say is I would be much further ahead had I invested that $10,000 in the mkt and avoided the scam they have going on in Utah.

I am making cash in real estate, but has nothing to do with I learned from them, or any other Gurus on the internet. (Mabey I should start my own 'consulting' service and make back my money I shelled out?)
