Have been working with my Atty and PNC re: Loan Mod they have made us Jump thru flaming hoops for over 8-Months. Until they finally denied our mod plan at which point we went to BK Court to file stop sale on the property. At which point they contacted my Atty and promised to give us the Loan Mod and place late payments in the rears.
PNC shortly thereafter SOLD our home at auction, on 1/24/11, without notice!!!! We are filing a suit against them and all related parties.
PNC is breaking federal law and should be held accountable thru the Justice System!
They are currently being investigated in a Class Action Law Suit!!!
