PNC Bank PNC lies when doing mortgage refis , Internet

I was trying to work out my PNC 2nd mortgage and 6 months later I am still at square one.  I've spent countless hours, sent every document asked and they have finally responded tonight letting me know that i never qualified.  All the supervisor said was that she could only answer for herself.

I'm so angry at PNC I cant even write the whole story.  The capper for me is when I was told that according to my account someone had tried to call me earlier and that they left a message.  Really? because my cell phone does not leave my side so where is the message??  This absolutely floored me.  Then I asked was the account marked everytime I left a message and she said its not common practice.  I cant believe it!  They actually only document when they call you and not the countless time you leave messages for them.  Total BS.

This is where someone from the government needs to step in and listen to the BS that goes on with these banks.  I hope they all fail!!!!!!
