I sent all documents on time but today 5-26-2005 I hadn't received the rebate.
I had called, I had sent the documents by fax on a second time, I had written e-mails. Every time they told the samething that a check was issued and I have to wait 15 days, after those 15 days they say I had to wait 30 days, then they told they will cancel the previous check and issue a new one, then again and again is the same thing and the check never arrives.
