Sent numerous email regarding returns or refunds if I decided to keep the wrong bag. The bag is in terrible condition - material and quality is so bad. Sunny and Jojo at authenticmkbags@hotmail.comail.com were trying to help, but in the end, they too stop responding to the status of my request.
