To make the begining a long story short, i rented a POD in June 2011 and had it stored in the AC Climate controlled Pods facility and had it delivered on March 2012. $194 a month and 34.95 of that was insurance with XN Financial they partner together.

When i went to open my Pod the furniture was glued together, my finish had melted off the furnited and stuck to everything else in the POD i filed a claim they have denied me TWICE! here i am almost a month and half 2 months into this and they are claiming that this is just scratches totally ridiculous i have pictures and the furniture to prove it's not this company well actually boht PODs and XN financial have a history of bad business and denying legite claims i am going to pursue legal action for my furniture we are talking over $5,000 worth here that was damaged.

I am un-hinging my armoir door and taking that with me to court since i cannot take the dresser and night stands with me but i can take my leather cushions that are damaged and finish is all over them.

I have called Mr Joseph Cooney from PODs on numerous occasions and left voicemails they won't return any of my calls and i get the run around and no where with the insurance company, this is outrageous i paid all this money to this company and i have a totally legite claim i have multiple statments from furniture companies that state it would have to exceed 100 degrees for a period of 2-3 weeks plus for this happen to the furniture was a total waste of money i have stored the same furnitre several times in AC storage united such as public storage and NEVER have i EVER had a problem until now this company is a scam and should be shut down or held responsible for everything they do this is unfair and unjust and intend on bringing full awareness to this company and the bad business they do and will get all PODS and XN Financial customers together and will present a letter and more information on this company to the Attorney Generals office
