My furniture was stored in Pods from April 7th 2008 until December 22, 2008 when I discovered that my furniture was soaked. I have been repeatedly asking the Pod franchise to replace my furniture however he has not investigated the furniture but me which has nothing to do with the my furniture being dry and in good shape and coming out of the pods soaked with water and damaged beyond belief.
I would also warn that if you use First Choice Franchise of PODS in West Easton, PA you will be treated with a very rude and slanderous man. The POD company itself will not work with you or file any claims because they have no insurance to cover the PODS. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!! CONSUMER BEWARE!!!!
