PODS STOOD US UP / NOBODY TO COMPLAIN TO Internet

We paid for PODS delivery. They were very happy to take our money and schedule the POD delivery. We get to that day of moving, taken the day off, got the workers there, and no delivery, no care whatsoever when we called the 800 line for them. You can not complain as you get one swindler after another hanging up on you, there is not one ounce of service after the fact. 

They would tell us they overbooked and then would hang up on us. There is nobody to call that gives a care. You are wasting your time. Thank goodness we called 800packrat and had one delivered the next day. 

PODS is a huge waste of time and your dignity. Arcapita is just another international company that does not care who gets the shaft at the bottom. I will never use this rat b*****d company again. I will bad mouth them every time I see them or if any one person asks me about them. 

PODS is pure scum.
