I was told that I would recieve leads from them for clients needing Insurance in any zip code that I requested. I was told that they would be age 30-65 and the leads would meet all of my criteria. They told me that it would cost $400 for 35 leads and that if at anytime I was unhappy with the leads that I could call them and cancel and I would be refunded whatever portion of the $400 that I hadn't used. The leads are $15 each. So I joined..... when I did, I was immediately drafted $433, not what I was told, I was told $400, okay, whatever. I waited for 2 weeks without a lead while my business was dead from no leads. I then started to get leads after numerous calls to them complaining but the leads were HORRIBLE! Wrong ages, not interested, never wanted insurance, etc.... I told Policy 5 that I didn't want leads in a certain zip cause it wasn't a nice neighborhood but all they did was stop putting the zip code on my lead to try and fool me. I started to get upset about all of this so I called to cancel, when I did TJ was very upset and rude towards me, I was amazed that this is how they do business! TJ said fine, they'd send me my refund, okay. No money came after several weeks so I called TJ and have been obviousley screened, they won't pick up the phone when I call, sucks! Then today he just told me that he's not giving me a dime back and I'm out of Luck, I'm VERY UPSET! Please don't make the same mistake I made by joining Policy 5. Complete RIP OFF, Don't be fooled!!! Horrible.......Worst EVER. Thanks TJ....

I actually liked this agent, he had promise at first but got a few of Dylans push throughs and got upset at the company. Problem is I had paid Dylan Holt for the work and we can't eat the charge. When you have a telemarketer they dont understand that their work is directly involved in creating good stuff for the client. Dylan never understood this, i gave him talk after talk. Dont get me wrong he did ok work, I just didnt have time to listen to every call. Plus I got some good feedback from Matt in the beginning saying he had good results.
We have since moved away from telemarketers, no more people to complain about this and that. We tried
