I was impressed with the ad, I sent the payment and recieved a single video with two parts of "how to" that was vauge and not so helpful.  The problem is that at their site I was told I would recieve 3 Videos, 5 books, partsuppliers list and IRS tax forms! Even if the "on line downloads" had worked, which they didn't (couldn't even find any such place!)   the information is mis leading. I have heard of people getting their money back, but I don't want my money back I want what I was promised. I have written to click bank and they won't write back.  I think click bank is as involved as John Russel,if that even is a real person! and that site seems deticated to selling digital media, not caring for customers.   I can't think of anything lower than using peoples desire to do a good thing, to take advantage of them. It all makes me feel a little stupid. Buyer beware and all of that.  And I may be naive, but for the most part all of my purchases till now have been basically as stated. I am thinking this ad rises to the level of Fraud, as I beleive they had no intentions of delivering the product as stated in the ad. To say they {click bank) didn't or don't know about the problems is not  posssible because they are the go between with the customers. I'm not sure what I can do to make them stop this misleading practice, if anyone has Ideas please let me know. There must be a way for the public to get the people involved to rethink this bussiness practice. 1-14-10

Response from clikbank

Well it took a while but the company responded with a letter offering my money back and included the missing information. Also if you search out the single disk that they sent, buried in the files are most of the items.  There are no books and only one disk but the basic information is there. I am satisfied. However some of the web site connections still don't work, that could be on my end.  But for the most part they have made good of the deal.  I never wanted my money back and won't ask for it! Not sure I would use this source again. Thank You for letting me speak about this experiance.
