They never show up for leaky windows, pipes or molding falling off the walls. They stink. Make sure you watch the construction of the home or you'll find yourself with the lease expiring on your current residence and high pressure threats to signoff on the dotted line releasing the rest of the money the bank has and an uninhabitable house.
This man is slick. Don't give him any upfront money without the work being completed. As a matter of fact I would never suggest anyone build with him. Why put yourself through the agony and dishonesty. If you build with him you will have a home that is cold, unfinished and you will have to live in a hotel for two to three months waiting for a completion date that never comes.
