I sign up with paypal ,to purchase items on ebay, purchase skillsaw,compresser it has
been return to seler, also denture repair $15 they bill me for it send check $15
one dog calor $20 i didn't get bill for it untill months later they call
she said i own $ 60 i said what for ? she sais denture repair i siad i
did send check for $15 she said yes you did item dog calor $20 plus interest
comes to $30 she said can i have you card # i said no just send me bill
i'll send check ye i said have new address when i recieved bill for $50
i siad to myself this is a ripoff i decide not to pay it , now i had recieved
bill for $114 this just too much i'am 75 years don't get much only SS
a month why they want me to rip ne off

I don't understand really. If you had Paypal why did you send a check? PayPal has nothing to do with checks.
And who is charging interest? Paypal is not a credit card unless you also signed up for buyer credit?.. If the person you purchased the dentures and dog collar from is charging interest and sending bills late..your complaint is with the buyer..not PayPal.
It also states you did receive a bill and decided not to pay it. But who is billing you? Are these late fees perhaps? Paypal Buyer credit will certainly charge late fees if you don't pay the bill. It still does not make sense because whether you used paypal or paypal buyer credit you would not have to wait for any bill to be mailed..the funds would be deducted at the time of purchase and you would know exactly what the bill is.
This report makes no sense at all.
