The names we have dealt with at this company are: Drake (rep), Greg (rep), Dale (manager)

These guys are a bunch of complete douchebags. I have delt with them for a while as our company already did business with them when I started. We are currently beginning the process of filing fraud charges on them.
We stopped doing business with them for at least 6 months or so, and suddenly we got a package from UPS with a bill for over $300. They refuse to refund the money to our credit card until they get the package back. They later offered to let us "keep" the package (heat-shrink butt connectors" for $100 and call it even.
Do not do business with them and report them with the BBB and California State AG office. That is what we are doing.
Some more tidbits on these wastes of skin:
Apparently they are all related. The manager is our service rep's dad and his cousing was the one who supposedly charged us for the package.
We can only seem to get the manager/dad "Dale" on the phone and never "Drake" or "Greg-the-cousin".
They spoof their phone number so it appears to come from Missouri (we are located in Iowa). I would assume they do this to appear regionally local to us.
At one time our rep "Drake" was supposedly in a motorcycle accident. His dad/manager was cold-calling around saying the proceeds of today's sales were going towards his hospital bill. Yeah right.
Again, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY OF SCAMMERS and REPORT THEM!

Best drill bits I have ever owned....PERIOD. Even if I have had one break all I do is call and they have a new one shipped out the next day. I have ordered several of their other catalog items as well and have loved every one of them. I just use more of the drill bits in my shop than anything else.
I have been buying from them about 10 years and about e years ago they did have a few new guys in there that did not have the best intentions for the company.
They have more than regained my trust and business over the past 3-4 years. I am glad I stuck it out and glad to see they did as well.

I have used them on more than this one occasion. This was just the last straw. Their prices are extremely high once you start shopping around and comparing and the salespeople have terrible people skills from my experiences with them.

I have a small shop and have been dealing with PR Supply for years. There was a time a few years ago that their service lacked. But they have more than resolved that and any other problems they may have had.
If that was your only experience with them I would suggest you either contact them again to help you resolve it or give them another shot.
They will surprise you I am sure.
