IT'S A TOUGH JOB MARKET IN LAS VEGAS. A LOT OF PEOPLE ARE HURTING AND JUST TRYING TO FIND A DECENT JOB TO SURVIVE THIS TERRIBLE ECONOMY. COMPANIES LIKE THIS TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE TRYING TO MAKE ENDS MEET.
THANK YOU FOR READING THIS POST. THIS OPERATION IS HURTING A LOT OF PEOPLE AND COMPANIES ACROSS THE COUNTY!!!
YOUR HELP IS NEEDED TO STOP THE ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES GOING ON AT THIS OPERATION
The owner is a short little guy that has to have security guards there on Fridays so he won't get his ass kicked. He has been threatened many times for cheating people out of their pay, His name is Al Roach, he is the owner of the whole operation under the name AIC and Lighthouse Communications.
Many of the employees that are currently working there are aware of the fraudulent and misleading sales tactics that are being used to slam residents and businesses. Some are helping us gather information and evidence to move forward to contact AT&T, Keith Nussbaum at Preferred Long Distance, Burch, QWEST, The FCC, The Labor Board, The IRS and the Nevada Attorney General.
They are illegally using a Bellsouth/AT&T website to obtain the personal account information of the AT&T business customers to slam them with a lousy and expensive
long distance carrier called Preferred Long Distance. The V.P. of Sales, Keith Nussbaum apparently from what some of the managers keep saying is that Mr. Nussbaum is aware of what's going on but yet he continues to let a woman named Jeenie and a woman named Sarah lets the sales people slam AT&T, QWEST AND BURCH residential and business customers.
WAIT TIL AT&T, BURCH, QWEST AND VERIZON FIND OUT

It's an easy sale back to Qwest and sales reps gets commission on offering a better up front offer on top of normal promotions to get the service back on with Qwest. I've worked in VP position at Qwest, we are aware of them and know their tactics may be shady, but being regulated by the utility commissions, Qwest can't deny a switch of service if a verbally agreed authorization is sent to Qwest to change service carriers.
There has been several bills entered into office and denied to remove the sharing of this information between CLEC's, but they also get denied because the only ones who vote on them are politicians. A CLEC is a company who leases lines in bulk from the main local carriers at less-than-normal cost and resells them.
It's usually best to deal with Qwest directly. The only CLEC I have heard little to no negative feedback on is Liberty Bell, but they are still a middle man.
