The CEO of PRGX Global Inc. Romil Bahl reprtedly gave himself a 3 million dollar pay raise, while the employees got a 20% pay cut. In 2012 the company changede pay plan twice so they would not have to pay the employees the commisions from the audits, that they worked for. they require the employees to work more that 40 hrs a week with no extra pay for the overtime. some of the employees have lost their homes, cars and cannot even pay the bills, due to the paycuts or screw job they are getting. The employees are all close to walking out on the company all together if that happens maybe they will loose their clients and go under.
This company is all about the high ups getting all the money. Romil is also sending the audit work out of the country so he can pay less money and make more for himself, that must be why he got such a gigantic pay raise. does the president of the united states make that much a year? I would bet not. This guy appears to be aquiring himself a bunch of money, while trading out loyality and yrs of hard work by employees so he can get rich. I think he is trying to starve employees out hoping they quit so they cant draw unemployment on the company.He also is not from this country, and this is what is wrong with america today. To many foreigners taking away jobs from US citizens.
