After months and months of waiting, I get letters in the mail advising me that it is coming but everytime i call they tell me the same thing finally got an answer from Orchard Bank, not Prime One. Prime One had filled out an application with my information for a secured card. I payed the money for nothing. They said the bank would only approve a secured card.
When I asked for my deposit back because I had clearly been lied to, they said my money was not for the credit card but for the useless promotions they sent me which are worthless..
It has been 5 months and i am desperate i want my money back from these thieves. I was RIPPED-OFF!
