PRIME TV - SOUTHER PINES NC RIPOFF ON APRIL 16, 2004 PRIME TV WITHDREW $300.00 WITH OUT CONTACTING ME AFTER I WITHDREW FROM MY CONTRACT IN AUG 2003 UNDER TEXAS LAW THEY ARE LIBAL SOUTHERN PINES NORTH CAROLINA

On 16 April 2004 I noticed that a large amount of money was missing from my checking account. After researching this I was informed by anvy army credit union in corpus christi tx that PRIME TV LLC automaticaly with drew $300.00 from my account. I filed a complaint with the BBB of southern pines NC. I talked to my bank and refuted the charges.

On monday 19 april 2004 I called DIRECT TV at 1-800-531-5000 and was informed to have the bank refute the charges as they went out of business with PRIME TV LLC. In the state of Texas a company is supposed to contact you first by phone or in writting. I withdrew from direct tv and prime tv in aug 2003. The only correspondence that I received is that I owed direct tv $162.71. in oct-nov time frame I started paying direct tv $32.00 a month at this time I only owe direct tv $8.00. which will be paid on the 1st of may.

I have contacted my sister who is a para legal in the state of texas. she advised me to file fraud charges against prime tv llc. they never contacted me between aug and april. I was informed by driect tv that prime tv's contact with direct tv as a subsidery was terminated in nov-dec time frame. prime tv contacted me tonight to inform me they can take that money any time they pls since I left the contract. but they never even wrote me to let me know this. tommorrow I will find out if they are registered in the state of texas if they are not then they are in big trouble. I will also file charges with the corpus christi police department and then will ask that these charges be forwarded to the STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF TEXAS. I hope no one else is getting ripped off by prime tv.
