ABOUT A MONTH AGO I TOLD HIM TO HOLD ON WITH THE TRASACTION OF $199. I HAVE SUMMER SCHOOL AND I WAS OVERWHELMED BY IT. I GUESS I WAS NOT CLEAR ENOUGH WHEN I SAID I AM INTERESTED DONT GET ME WRONG BUT I WANT YOU NOT!! TO CHARGE ME UNTIL SUMMER SCHOOL IS OVER THAT WAY I COULD GET ON WITH THE LISCENCE. HE CHARGED IT ANYWAY ... THATS $199 DOLLARS THAT I COULD HAVE USED FOR BOOKS. I HAVE A REG JOB NOT A REALLY CASH FLOW JOB BUT IT DOES GET ME THROUGH. I CONTACTED THE REFUND DEPARTMENT BUT THEY SAID I NEEDED TO FAX A LETTER TO THEM JUST ASKING FOR A REFUND. MY QUESTION IS HOW LONG WILL THIS TAKE??? ALSO IS THIS THE RIGHT THING TO DO? REGARDING THE FAX
