PRIMERICA/MILICO/TRAVELERS/CITIGROUP FRAUD. For 20 years I have been quite involved in exposing false, misleading and deciptive marketing and business practices used as "tools" of influence to induce consumers to replace their in-force cash value life insurance. Years ago, such a marketing sales presentation was develped by the A.L. Williams Company (ALW), General Agent representing the Massachusetts Indemnity Life Insurance Company (MILICO). When ALW sold his General Agency to Primerica, it was believed the questionable sales and marketing replacement presentation would no longer be used to market and sell replacement types of life insurane policies through a Primerica Life Insurance Company. Recently there has been a resurgence of the old and unlawful replacement sales and replacement presentation by many representatives of the Primerica affiliated insurance companies. This is dedicated to help the victims, the attorneys who are in litigation with Primerica/MILICO on behalf of the victims, former and also the present Primerica/MILICO agents in the need of a place to vent their frustrations in finding qualified information to satisfy their needs for help and relief. My name is Ken Young.



My website has been listed in google's top ten directory list for three consecutive years, first as number #1 and recently in 2004 as number #1 non-governmental website. The poster who posted his rhetoric has never had any of his publications posted in the google directory or won any awards in the Insurance and Financial Services Industry.



In addition, in 1987 the Texas chapter of the NALIA chose me to be the recipient of the State's MDRT Chapter's "Man Of The Year Award".



I am retired and have been for twelve years doing extremely well both as an agent and in management with a major insurance company after twenty-nine years of sevice with the company.



When I moved to this location I was solicited to put together a non-college credit insrance course for a Junior College involving State mandatory Continuing Education Courses and preparitory Pre-Licensing Studies. Not only did I get the Jr. College approved as a "Provider" for the State, I also wrote dozens of CE courses that were approved in this State as well as, in other States also.



After an absence of being licensed in the Industry for a period of twelve-years prior to writing and teaching those CE courses and when taking into consideration all of the changes that have taken place within the industry during those twelve-years, one day even without studying for the exam I popped into a licensing exam office and took the test and passed with a 73% grade level.



Those professional veterans in the Industry who were around in the early 1980s remember me. I am the Dallas, Texas Agent who single handedly took on Art Williams and MILICO (now the PFS Sales Division and Primerica ), I authored and published a training manual on the subject of how professional insurance agents can use a proven method to expose and debunk the many false, misleading, and deceptive inducement orchestrations used by their agents to entice consumers into both replacing their cash value live insurance and joining the PFS Sales Division.



Williams sponsored four of his RVP's to initiate a lawsuit against me to enjoin my publication. I countersued Williams, MILICO and his four RVPs. In an out of court settlement they had asked for, they paid to me $75,000 in damages, I did not pay for any of my court costs and filing fees, and as part of the settlment areement I forced them to sign a fourteen-compliance statement outlining several of their inducement orchestrations were not true also agreeing they would no longer use them.



Needless to say they are still using them so I returned to the Internet to challenge those same type of false, misleading and deceptive inducement orchestrations one again.

Now let me inform you about two of the adversaries those adversaries who posted their "poppycock" to this publication to lessen the quality of the outstanding and well-known reputation I have always enjoyed in my lifetime. They are known on other message board publications as "THE DUFUS BROTHERS".



The both of them were failures in the Industry, one failing after ony eight months licensed in the Industry and that was with PFS. The other one was fired from two different insurance companies for his inabilility to perform as a qualified agent for low production culminating with him being placed on probation for a three month period and then only producing a weekly commission of $8.77 a week for the next three-month period. The NASD refused to renew his NASD appointment when he went "Independent" due to a very bad report from his former insurance company received by that authority over his highly questionable business practices.



He wound up having his licenses revoked in the State of Illinois because he was issuing "BOGUS" NSF checks.



Presently he has many tousands of dollars in Federal Income Tax Liens recorded in his name only in public record.



His wife divorced him mainly due to his having affairs with other women while married to him and also tired of having to support him. Last reported, even his own three minor daughters do not want to have anything to do with him.



After losing his licenses he decided to become an Insurance fraud consultant to attorneys orchestrating himself as an "Expert source of litigation information and insurance consulting.



That shot lived carrier also ended when a law firm posted a message to a board saying that the would not yse him as their consultant stating the reason being he had misrepresented himself to them also.



Both the "DUFUS BROTHERS" joined hands to build an insurance consulting business to gain income from attorneys with a pupose in mind of misrepresenting themselves to the public and attorneys as experts in the field of PFS matters.



To gain the notoriety they were seeking the both began a smear campaign agaist me to futher their plans knowing that the reputation I enjyed would have to be removed as I began receiving inquiries from attorneys. They both were so bold as to even post to the Internet they were going to run my publicatios and me off of it.



One of them even announced a "KenWars" agaist me on the Internet after failing through computer trickery to steal my Internet publications.



Out of his frustrations of his Internet publications being thrown off the Internet no less than a dozen times for attacking me on them, he decided to file a "bogus lawsuit against me in Federal Court. I filed a counter lawsuit agaist him. The outcome of the suits was I won when a Federal Magestrate signed a court order dismissing his "bogus lawsuit" with prejudice against him.



Pesently both of the "DUFUS BROTHERS" are under investigation as prime suspects by the FBI for computer hacking and sending out viruses. One of them already has a "rap-sheet" on record with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police in British Columbia, Canada for harassing people and I have also uncovered he owns a PORNO WEBSITE selling s**t to all ages.



In their investigation of him, the RCMP has reported he lives a lifestyle of one level above poverty and I have uncovered he is a middleaged rejected hippy whose family member had been heavely involved in drugs who eventually wound up comitting suicide at the end of a rope to be burried in a paupers grave.



I was also able to locate a picture of him. His almost all grey unrully long matted hair hangs down past his shoulders. He sports a scraggely long mustache and long beard. He has three pierced earing holes in one ear and two holes in the other.



You folks know what I mean, he isn't the type of person you would want yor daughters to marry who you would be proud to call your son-in-law.

Mr. Young is Not an Expert or a Consumer Advocate

I have withheld my personal information in this post for reasons which will become obvious when you have read this post.



Those reading Mr. Young's post or visiting his website should be aware of the following:



Mr. Young has no background as a consumer advocate. He was a life-insurance salesman for Prudential until he retired.



In sworn deposition in Cruz v. Prudential, Mr. Young admitted to violating Florida's insurance regulations re: misrepresentation (www.searcylaw.com).



In Cruz v. Prudential (supra), Mr. Young was sentenced to thirty days in jail for criminal and civil contempt for failing to produce documents he claimed you possessed.



Clearly, he lied about possessing those documents.



He was ordered by the judge in his contempt appeal case to remove from his website the claim that he was an expert witness (supra).



The Texas Department of Insurance has confirmed that Young's last life insurance exam score was 73%, and that he scored considerably lower than that on many sections of the exam.



In fact, he excelled in only one area of the exam, Life Insurance Basics.



He scored a meager 40% Federal Health Tax Considerations, 0% in Dental Plans, 38% in Medical Plans, 57% in Qualified Plans, 50% in Senior Citizens and Special Needs.



How can he possibly consider yourself an expert with scores like this?



He has not provided the names of any well-informed veterans who are part of his team. In fact, his website team consists only of himself, and as we see from court records and his exam scores, HE IS NOT AN EXPERT.



Mr. Young, please share with us the name of the organization that bestowed an award on your website, and the name of award? As far as I can tell, your site has never been awarded anything.

This is just another of your gross exaggerations and deliberate deceptions.



Mr. Young, you teamed up with lawyers once before to encourage plaintiffs to drop out of the class-action Prudential suit and bring their own suit.



It was revealed in Cruz v. Prudential that you were being paid to speak at seminars in which you and the lawyers enticed people to opt-out of the class action. Those who opted out had their cases dismissed all of them.



As a witness in court, you ended up in jail for contempt. Why would any lawyer use you as an expert witness now that you have been thoroughly exposed as unreliable and contemptuous?



Lastly, Mr. Young is known to be a malicious person who uses the internet to attempt to harm anyone who disagrees with him, critisizes him, or exposes his lies. He has gathered personal information on one of his critics, including divorce information, adoption information, and SSN, and published this information to the web along with completely fabricated defamatory statements.



Using his computer, he inflicts as much distress and damage on his critics as possible by engaging in personal attacks, defamation, and unjustified threats of legal action. Anyone who sends an email to Young opens themselves up to similar invasions of privacy and risks their personal information being used for illegal purposes.



I strongly advise everyone to protect their personal information when dealing with Ken Young, or anyone on the net for that matter. Better yet, ignore him, and do not contact him.



As far as insurance companies are concerned, all potential recruits of any insurance company would do well to conduct research from reliable sources. Being a sales rep for any insurance company requires certain skills and talents which cannot be taught. Employee/contractor turnover in all insurance companies is extremely high. Learn what qualities are required to succeed in the field from objective sources, not from the companies themselves.



Question companies which promise amazing incomes in a short period of time, and those which promise residual incomes by putting the emphasis on building a network of agents. Agents for legitimate companies are focused on customer service, not recruiting new agents.

"expert"....'award winning"? who do you think you are kidding? you are nothing but an "OLD" Pru agent that lost lots of business to ALW. Don't even talk about lawsuits. I think Pru has had way more of them and way more fines levied on them. You've been after the company for 20 years now to no avail. Why haven't you shut them done? why do they continue to put so much insurance on the books? I think your message board is a "big

joke". you can say anything you like in there and no one can dispute your comments. As soon as you figure out they someone from Primerica post there you bann them. I think that your balls are about as small as your mind. I get a real laugh lately from your board. The comments saying that our phone scripts don't inform the client that we are soliciting for insurance is absurd. Many times i will call someone to recruit them or to do a loan. Now if i am going to do a loan why would i need to tell them that i'm soliciting for incurance? I think you need to step back and look how rediculous you look.
