About 6 months ago i started parking my vehicle at the ProPark America garage located at 21 cook street in Brooklyn , i was extremely happy to find a secure parking location closed to my bissness . A month later i went to park my vehicle there like always . stop at the required place and gave my keys to the attendant as required and as i walked away i heard a loud noise and i noticed the parking attendant severely damaging the rear left side and door of my car while trying to parking it . i immediately waved to him and told him what i heard and saw . he apologized and told me not to worry , that the company will pay for the damages after i filed a claim form. Well i followed all the steps as instructed by the parking attendant and parking manager . and its been almost 5 months and no response to my claim have been maid . no one called or try to contact me in any way . every time i ask the attendants whats going on with my claim ,they give me a different excuse , ''don't worry we working on it '' or ''i just spoke to my boss about your car and he said his working on it '' or ''just write another claim form '' ,or ''i got you buddy don't worry '' or '' that damage didn't happen here ''. well after meeting and specking to several customers and bissness who park there and are going thru the same Run Around and excuses IM WORRIED .this is coming out my pocket for sure .so i finally decided to write this report so that the public and other customers of this company are aware of their practices , cohersion and fraud . oh and another thing i noticed is that they advertise a set price for parking monthly but if you give the parking manager an extra $50.00 a month he will select a good permanent spot to park your vehicle were it won't be damaged . i guess if i had pay extra to park my vehicle , i wouldn't be going thru this . lesson learn. I'm no longer a customer of ProPark America 21 cook strre brooklyn ny 11206 .
