PROACTIV SOLUTIONS TRIAL OFFER IS A SCAM - BUYERS BEWARE!!! Des Moines, Iowa

Buyers Beware of the Proactiv Trial Offer!  Trial Offer is a small size to try before you buy the product.  Well, they continue to send you shipments of a 3 month supply priced at a whopping $67+.  I firt st noticed my account was debited for $30 something dollars.  I immediately called the company saying "No", I don't want that and to immediately stop any future shipments. 

When I made the call, they made the notation to my account, but failed to tell me that they were going to continue debiting my account for $19.95 until the full amount was paid.  Here's the fun part.  You can return the product for a full refund, but that can take 3-4 months to process.    In the meantime, they have your money, you have no product. 

I called my bank to file a claim for an unauthorized debit to my account.   I was told I would have to cancel my current debit card and be reissued a new one.  The problem with that is that I have various bank drafts each month tied to my bank card, so it's really too much trouble to tackle at this point.  I'll pay for the $67.00 three month supply and go from there. 

Do not do the Proactiv Trial Offer unless you read the fine print.  If they tell you that there aren't any future shipments or obligations, they are lying.  This is a rip-off for sure.  The product itself is good.  Buy from a retail establishment so you don't get scammed.
