The Invoice states we ordered a Safety Training Toolkit. This is false. We have never even heard of this company until an invoice showed up in the mail. I've called the customer service line several times and have been given nothing but a run around. Several messages were left, but no callbacks.
We are not going to pay for something we did not order or use. It is extremely disturbing that a company would stoop to something like this.
