they said I should of read the fine print because their contract has a automatic renewal clause & since I didnt send them a letter in my window of opportunity (between 11/17 and 12/17/03) that I was stuck with another year of their monitoring fee at $29.95 and the service clerk said - its all their in black and white in the middle of the contract- What a sleazy way to do business. They sell one thing and bait and switch you with their contract that never ends ...when you talk to them about it they treat you like you have no options, youre stuck/
