PROULX MECHANICAL, INC HEATING & COOLING Jamie Pru came to our home on 4/17/2013 to fix our heating tank, told us that part needs to be changed, left for store came back about half an hour changed the part, charged us for visit and wrote on invoice:" system check OK". Heater still doesn't work DUANESBURG New York

Jamie Pru from Proulx Mechanical, INC/Heating and Cooling was recommended by our friend, came to fix our water heater/loosing pilot flame. He came on 4/17/2013 told us that part needs to be change, went to store and installed new part. Gave us invoice for $162, never checked system, wrote on invoice "system check OK." Water heater still doesn't work properly. I called him in a little while, he refused to come and work on it.
