I rented a storage unit at this location and it was on the end of the building. There is an alley next to the unit and people would go down the alley and urinate on the side of the building. After a couple of months my unit started to really smell of urine. I found out what was going on and reported it to the management. They offered to transfer me to a new unit, however I was only given 3 days to do this. Initially when I moved into the unit I paid movers assist me due me having a injured back. Management did not offer any compensation or assistance with moving all of my items to the new unit. I contacted the district manager and he said he would give me another day but do nothing as far as compensating me as far as rent is concerned. I basically paid 187.00 a month for a "toilet" not a storage unit. I escalated this to his boss but never got a call back. So I took my final day that I was afforded and relocated everything to a toatlly different company. I do not feel that I was out of line asking for compensation for what happened, as it was CLEARLY not my fault. I paid good money to #1 move my stuff into the first unit, and #2 assume it would be in good hands. I never imagined that they would allow this to happen. Obviously their management all the way to their corp office doesnt care about customers. I will never do business with them again and hope that no one else ever has to go through what I did.
