PUBLISH AMERICA no royalty check when i have seen book being sold. for 6 months, they dont fly your book to india and ship it from there for free. i want to be paid frederick, Maryland

I have always been a writer and wanted a book to be published, so when I seen Publish America on Dr Phil in sept 2007 inviting all writers to have their book published with them,I wrote in and was given all the neccessary things that I needed to do and i did them, and by jan2008 I had a contract, and I thought that was great. WRONG. because I was so excited I had one that i didnt get it checked out cause i couldnt afford a lawyer to do it, and everything looked great, so now I am stuck in the contract for 7 years and receiving 2.00 royalty checks every 6 months, even though I am seeing my book being sold all over the USA and India in their form of money, and other countries. But yet i have no money. There are all kinds of mistakes in the book that wasnt there when it went to final draft, I did editing myself, but mis spelled words and phrases were added, thats not on the final draft that I have at home. I promise you that I have it on disk. They over priced it and no barnes and nobel will have it in their bookstores, and no one else will either and they will not give you a booksigning. I was personally told this at my home town B@N when i went there a few months after book going on sale.which today it will be on sale for a year. All of the whole contract is a lie. the only good thing they did do was the cover of the book. That I love. But, i would like to have it in stores where people see it and know about it, and thats not happening. B@N even told me that when you get a new publisher we will have no problem putting your book on our shelves and letting you do booksignings. B@N are not their biggest supporters are they would let us do this. I am sure other authors here know this. i wish that i could find a pro bono lawyer in Ga, to make a class action suit, maybe all of us would get money due us. They have changed editors there also, you believe that a month ago that i sent in a manuscript for the sequel to my first book, SEDUCTIVE STORIES FOR LOVERS,  and they turned it down and said it wasnt right for them. I was like you idoits you have a book like this, even turned down a poetry manuscript. I hope others read this.

  I filed a repoert against them when i was mad, at the BBB when i got my royalty check, still not cashed, of 1.40. but yet my book is being sold. what a rip off. now i needa agent that i can find, a pro bono lawyer and a new publisher thats not POD. one more thing that they leave out in your contract with them.
