Can not reach them through their site to cancel Followed their instructions for cancellation by submitting a ticket, response time is 1-24 hours. never any response.Try to talk to them through live chat on their website but guess what they are never online no matter what time of day it is. And you are suppose to be able to cancel within 15 days of order for FREE TRIAL bottle but then they say there is a $49.95 cancellation fee.
