I ordered 10 PVA from this web site and they/ he delivered really fast so I was happy. But as soon I was checking each of the PVA, I found out that all of it were already canceled, meaning I cannot use those PVA anymore. A piece of PVA cost $ 4.50.
I haven't use the PVA, not even once.
I e mailed Chase / Sunny immediately to inform him of the problem with the PVA. For 2 days, he did not respond so I decided to file a report / claim with pay pal. Just an hour after I filed a complaint in Pay Pal, I got a response! Chase /Sunny elevated my complain to a case so pay pal can investigate,and final decision of pay pal: they cannot help.
I was really mad, thinking that he ignored me for two days but took him just an hour to dispute my claim so I emailed him again. But this time he responded telling me that he was out for the weekend and that there was really problems with the PVA i bought from him, so I was really relieved! ( I still have the e mail he sent me to prove that ).
He promised to replace the PVA within 5 days. Its been more than 30 days, and still he hasnt replace nor make any contact with me. I know its impossible to get a refund or a replacement anymore, I just want to warn people who buy PVA.

As of today, this website stills sells PVA. ANd they are still advertising in kijiji.
