Beware in all large malls, this company has a kiosk selling overpriced guaranteed lifetime replacement (for a fee) hair straightners and other hair products. They will ask you to sit while they demonstrate this nice straightner, then hit you up with the $150 plus price, guaranteed for a lifetime no matter what. Go to their website, shows all this. Caution, you must submit the original receipts per the instructions when you drop it and the titanium insert iron breaks into pieces. I returned my within two weeks of purchasing, they are holding it ransom, stating I must pay shipping and handling of $22.95, then telling me it's not covered because I dropped it. The next time I will have to pay over $50 to get it replaced. The advertisement is why buy a cheap one when you can buy this (claims it's better than a CHI) for a lifetime. Nobody answers the phone when you dial, you must leave a message, it has taken them two months to return my replacement only after I paid $22.95 today and bought this thing mid-October. Rip-off artist. I was told the BBB is aware of their warranty. Stick with the cheap straightners or a CHI. Don't be lured to buy this, not worth the money and aggrivation.
