Sophisticated network scam using numerous addresses and phone #s across state lines that limit state attorney general from going after them. its a company that claims that they are brokers in fifty states and are able to do FHA loans through out the United States, in turn they sell you this bogus software called Pac Dex.os to justify their claim to your money, except in my case I wired the money and never accessed or downloaded their software I kind of realized their scam a little to late but I never accessed their software. First they are warm and fuzzy and contact you on daily bases once you wire the money your finished, no more calls you are on your own. Their Representatives will never call you back just receptionist that recognize your phone numbers and put you on hold for hours and NEVER give an address. Beware of this company they change names from PacBanc to PacDex have other names like Americawide,North American Financial Corporation, North american loans ect to many phone numbers to count. If you have been scammed by this company please contact me.

Unfortunately Sal has no bearing on his claim. We had discussed in FULL detail about his association to us and the Network we provide. A "Bogus" system called PacDex? Sir, I think you need to re-adress your actions because what you are getting yourself into is a LIBEL suit.
PacDex is very sophisticated, and is a hands off entity in which we allow for you to run and manage your operation the way you see fit. We give you the latitude for your operations and as such would expect to have a little more courtesy given to us. The Training is on the website, user names and passwords given, the 30 days of FREE leads at your disposal, the Virtual PBX that you NEVER accessed or sent to us.
In what realm do you think it is remotely possible that you have been scammed? I know you want to be hand held through out your entire life and have us do the work for you? Well I don't think so. That's why we only charge you $99 per month... So we can do YOUR work.
Your account had been activated 24 hours after receiving the Contract and Payment. You hadn't set up the e-mail, or any part of your obligations. So how in the world can you even think that WE are to blame here? How about an e-mail? You knew how to send them before.
I'm done with you and your FALSE accusations. Its a Network of individuals put together so you don't have to be under the scrutiny of a NET BRANCH, and we provide FREE leads for 30 days, and target marketing to 5 other states with local numbers for the presence there!!!!!!!!!!
