Pacific Breeze Air Duct Services worst groupon so far, Internet

My wife bought a living social groupon for the service. The guy with his helper showed up 45 minutes late. As in the appointment time was 8:30-12:00 and he showed up at 12:45. Then the helper went up to the bedrooms with a really long hose attached to what they call a high powered vacuum. I call it a shop vac that you can get at any large hardware store. I then followed the clipboard guy down to my furnace to where he pointed at the dirt.

Note, the helper never made it down anywhere even close to my furnace to clean out that dirt. when I came up to the main floor, the helper had already finished the second floor and was almost done the main floor. The clipoard guy tried to upsell me about $250 of work, ( I expected that) and said he would be out in his truck until the helper finished. So I turn around and the hepler is winding up the hose. This whole experience took less than 15 minutes.

Now I have a 4 bedroom house with a full basement that the helper did not even go down to. He did not remove any vent covers that needed a screw driver. So mabe 5-6 vents in the house at best.

I then called the company. Michelle who state she was a dispatcher told me all the management was on lunch break. She further stated that the management would not come to the phone anyway. So I asked her what I paid for. She looked up the account and stated that they should have hooked the high powered vacuum up to a main line and cleaned it from there. I explained that the main line is right next to the furnace in which they did not touch. I explained what the helper did and she told me she would do a follow up.

Well no follow up as of yet that I'm aware of. Stay away from this company, they are a rip off.
