Pacific Integrity Insurance Hawaii Ian Kow, Caine Nakata They scammed me for insurance business of $10,000 and hired unlicensed insurance agents to take advantage of them for contacts. They said they were contracting me with ten insurance carriers and never Internet

Pacific integrity advertises on craigslist and enticed me to contract through them to sell insurance. I am a licensed insurance agent in Hawaii. I live on the Big Island of Hawaii. They are on the islad of Oahu. They had me fill out ten contracts and then take them around my island and introduce them to my contacts and previous business owners I had worked with selling empoyee benefits.

I took them to one of my oldest customers and they sold them employee benefits through colonial life and put my name on it so I received 200.00 commission. Then Caine and Ian went to the contacts employees and business owners and sold them all life insurance. They told me I made $10,000 in commission. I waited for my commission and when I did not receive it three weeks after I was told, I decided to contact the insurance carriers I had suppoedly contracted with. Guess what they never heard of me as Pacific Integrity had never contracted me.

Pacific Integrity was supposedly hiring me to be their Big Island Manager and they put advertising up on craigslist to hire a team of agents for me. I went on interviews and chose a few people that needed to get their license so I could train them. One guy let's call him Dan, was coaxed into giving his contacts and promised commissions on sales even though he did not have his license. Ian Kow would send insurance contracts for Dan to pick up at Office Max and get signed  by his friends so they could get life insuyrance. Dan did not know what they were doing was against the law and they were doing this with out me knowing that they were using dan. When he saw that I had gotten ripped off and that when I called them on it, they stopped communicating with me he was upset realizing he was not going to get paid either. The reason for this report is I fear other unknowing people will get caught up in Pacific Integrity's web of deception.

Also the company Founder is Caine Nakata, but the business is not listed under him. It is listed under Ian Kow and Travis Tazawa. My understanding from what they tod Dan is that Cain Nakata has a non compete clause in his former insurance company contract with Bankers Life Insurance Company. This is a red flag, that anyone should see. If Pacific Integrity does anything wrong such as above, the founder Caine Nakata is in the clear and the two young 21 year olds Ian Kow and Travis Tazawa are left in trouble and risk the possibility of losing their license. Yet Caine Nakata is the master mind behind the scam.
