I Thought I was insured through this company, This women Tammy kept having me make premium payments in her name. She kept asking for more money for my policy. I just found out today that all these companies listed are fake and a fraud. I have been paying for fake policies for 2 years, was never given a policy number or policy papers, I just trusted. This was suppose to be business insurance. There website seems real, you talk to a real person and receive fake emails from this person stating you are insured..You are not. I found out from the AZ dept of INS. They have been scamming Me. Don't get sucked into low premiums, its a fake company!!

Clearly a False Report

I too have worked with Tammy for the last 10 years...and in over 25 years that we have been in business, not one of us has had a complaint, yet many of us agents/brokers have had glowing thank you's written...to us AND to the Dept of Insurance.
The clue that this report is False, is this; One NEVER makes out a check for Insurance to the Agent, in the agent's name. Common sense as well as insurance law tells you that.
Now I too am questioning the legitmacy of this entire website. $2000 to "arbitrate"? Forget it!!!!

I'm a licensed insurance broker in good standing with the State of Arizona and you can verify this by going to www.azinsurance.gov and typing in my name. I have never had any complaints filed against
me with the Arizona Department of Insurance and this is verifiable by calling or visiting the website. I pondered whether I would actually dignify these lies with a response or even give credence to the Ripoff Report considering that they let anyone and everyone say whatever they want without; at the very least, provide their real name and contact information. But to give credit where credit is do, I can
pay a mere $2,000 to the Ripoff Report and restore my good name and reputation. Gee, do you really think this about the First Amendment or a by-product to a free forum to spread rumors and lies. You be the judge! The spoken or written word is like a spent arrow, you can't take it back and $2,000 isn't going to change what was written on this website.
SET THE RECORD STRAIGHT | ARBITRATION PROGRAM
How the VIP Arbitration Process Works
As explained in the Program Rules, the process begins when you provide Ripoff Report with three things: 1.) a signed copy of the Arbitration Agreement; 2.) a complete copy of your Arbitration Statement including any and all supporting evidence, such as documents or Witness Statements (subject to limitations which are discussed in detail in the Program Rules) you want the Arbitrator to review;
and 3.) a check for the $2,000 arbitration fee. No arbitration matter will begin until we receive all of these things

Time for the Truth "Gerry"

I am Vice President and the Senior Business Insurance Broker here at Pacific Reserve. I have also been the direct supervisor for Tammy over the last 10 years. We have worked together on hundreds of cases over the years and not only can I vouch for her intelligence, knowledge of the industry, and work ethic, but because of her talents she even trains and supervises other junior brokers.
We have been business insurance brokers since the 1980's and have helped thousands of clients with their insurance needs. Tammy has been a big part of that process.
As insurance brokers we represent the clients, not a carrier, and aggressively protect their rights. So "Gerry" it is time for you to come forward, identify yourself, and if there truly is a problem, we can help to solve it. Don't hide from us if this is a "real" complaint.
Email us, call us, fax us, whatever method is best for you, But.....IT IS TIME TO TALK!!!
If there is no validity to your "report" then go and hide and leave us and other reputable companies alone.

I have worked with Tammy for over ten years and she is the epitomy of integrity.
It's sad that someone, obviously uneducated or drunk, would file an anonymous rant like this about Tammy.
If what he/she says was really true, there would be no hesitation to identify themself.
We have been in business since 1986 and, sometimes, we enounter mentally disturbed individuals. We have no idea what the individual who posted this rant is referring to. If what is said is even remotely true, he/she should file a complaint with the Department of Insurance - but that would require him/her to give a name. Because it is not true, I'm confident there will be no complaint filed.
Liars and cowards love to hide behind anonomity.
