i payed $1.95 for what i thought was a one time transaction for an electronic transfer download of what i thought might be very useful tips on how to become a successful E-bay seller which turned out to be useless information but oh well, $1.95 was wasted, but then, my bank account was charged $59.90!! and for what? i still don't know. i called the # and the girl told me it was for access to a couple of websites. i asked her why i was charged without my knowledge of it and she just laughed and said "because you obviously didn't read your terms and conditions!"

This worthless offer was very misleading if there was in fact a $59.90 charge that i agreed to, it was so well hidden that i missed while scrolling through the terms and conditions, besides, if they were going to honestly charge me that much money, don't you think that they should've made it plain and clear what it was for? No, they did not. It was disguised as a one time download of information for $1.95 and that's it.

So, the girl at Pacific Webworks offered me to reduce the charge to $29.95. i asked her, "Well, why did you wait until i asked to cancel? Why didn't you offer that before?" She said, well, "maybe i'm just trying to be nice, you know i don't have to do this for you, we don't just do this for just anybody" i asked, "Why are you doing it for me then?" and then she just got rude and ugly so i said "You know what? i want the whole $59.90 taken off and she wouldn't so i have my bank disputing it right now. (and getting a new checkcard)
