I agree with the consumer about what he wrote- DONT USE PACIFICA CLEANING GROUP AKA FIRST CHOICE MAIDS!  The owner Mel is such an ass to say the least! He sent in an elderly woman that stunk of cigarettes.  I left her alone or 3 hours- i had 2 bathrooms, SMALL kitchen to clean- that was IT!  I gave her a tip, she left then after I checked everything.  NOTHING was done - my bathtub still dirty, floors never cleaned, kitchen still left as if she was never here.  Mel came over-he was disquesting, he flirted with me saying very inappropriate things about my appearance how he would like to make it up to me (YUK) taking me out to dinner and sending her back!  I said no on the dinner but send her back- she came back in a RAGE-she chewed me out for telling her boss she didnt do a good job, she said she had INTENDED to come back on her own she wasnt feeling good!!!  Well considering she didnt have my phone number or even said she was coming back that was a lie!  I called MEL to tell him what happened he again mentioned dinner (YUK) I said NO. 

NOTHING was done, it was a waste of my money.  I saw many complaints on YELP so it seems he hires drunk, smoking, elderly women who he sees is desperate- he pays them minimum wage and rips off the public charging us money for doing nothing!

Have you ever met people who are constantly "sick", constantly "victimized", constantly "complaining", constantly "been abused".  Well we did, and this is the guy/reporting party.  We arrived at 9:50AM, 10 minutes prior to our service window of 9-10AM, on time.  The victim was not home.  The victim's mom is our client, and not this guy.  I had to call the guy's mom and have her call him to come home.  When he arrived, he quickly told us that we should not clean one of the rooms of the home. 

We cleaned his entire home professionally, as requested, and went over by 1/2 hour.  We were owed an additional $25.00.  Our pricing increments are 3 hours for the base period and $25 per hour afterwards.  The victim refused to pay, and called his mom again.  I spoke with his mom and she said we would be paid (to collect from the victim), since we ACTUALLY worked the time...again, the victim refused to pay, became belligerent and was obviously under the influence of drugs/alcohol. 

Our employees called and were frightened, indicating they witnessed the use of drugs in the home (in the room we did not clean)--perhaps law enforcement should be notified.  We arrived and picked up our employees, only to be confronted by this irate victim, screaming and shouting that he had a degree in business and that he did not owe us $25.00 because we had no contract (notwithstanding the fact that his mom is our client, and not him, we had a verbal contract with her).

We did not collect the additional fees due, because the victim wanted to physically fight/engage us.  Based on my experience with people under the influence of illegal narcotics, we decided to leave and pursue the matter later.  I called the victim's mom and described his behavior; she indicated she was accustomed to his behavior and apologized for it.
