Purchased and paid in advance for 4 months service. Service has been canceled in less than one month. They informed they do not refund and will not correct the problem. They have independent

agents that sell the service and they are not responsible to me their customer for problems. What can I do?

I have the receipt for service paid in full until Oct. 2012. MY phone is without service NOW!!!
