We do not answer the phone and let it go to voice mail for harassing calls from creditors. Palisades Collection took over from another company ARROW and it is just the same.
I have tried to tell them this is not mine but it has fallen on empty ears. But to make up the allegation that I owe this ungodly amount to this company which I have not used in years.
