I placed an order for a ring a week ago. When I placed the order, the item said IN STOCK. The next day, I checked the status of my order. It had said BACK ORDERED. I cross-checked this with the website for my item, it still said IN STOCK. I immediately called the company. I explained that I needed this ring for immediate delivery. I had ordered it on a Wednesday, and I needed the ring by Monday.
If I could not get the ring by then, I wanted to cancel my order and buy from another company. The company insisted that what I was reading was wrong. She explained to me that the ring was shipped today (Thursday) and that it would arrive on Monday. I explained to her that I could not track the package and my order status only said BACK ORDERED and that it will be in stock on Saturday. Again, the company told me that it was shipped and that it was expected to arrive on Monday.
Today (Monday), I called the company, again. Of course the ring had not arrived today. The company explained that the order is being processed and will be shipped tomorrow (Tuesday) at the earliest. I told her my situation and how the company had lied to me. She put me on hold....
She came back and said that the order had been shipped already, and I should expect it any day now. Since I have been lied to before, I wanted to her to explain what day it was shipped, when it would arrive, and where it was. I could understand how they could see this information with UPS but I could not. She put me on hold again...
She comes back says the exact same thing to me, again. I said that I wanted to know the exact information. She puts me on hold one more time.
When she returns, she told me that it will be shipped today, and to expect it on Thursday. I told her that your company had lied to me and that I do not need it that date. She said there was nothing she could do for me, and hung up.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, I will be surprised if I even receive my order. I am going to call back and see if I will get a different story this time.
