I had a "Scott Battaglioli" come to my door just this afternoon. A really nice, personable, fast-talking young kid who spewed off about practicing his communication skills and winning $1,000 and free trip to Cancun! I admit, I'm pretty impressionable and I really did want to help this kid out so I ordered 4 magazines for a total of $97.00 He said he preferred cash, but thank God, I didn't have any. I wrote him a check for the $97.00 and he was on his way.
Something kept tugging at me and I did a search on the Internet on NFSA - found nothing - and then on Palmetto Marketing Inc....WOW...talk about a wealth of information!Thank God for rip-off report.com - I got on the phone immediately and called my bank to stop payment on the check. When I told my banker what the situation was, she was kind enough to waive the stop payment fee. SHAME ON YOU, Palmetto Marketing Inc. for exploiting these kids and us, the public. Obviously, you have absolutely no morals or values - get yourselves some real, honest hard-working jobs - what you're doing is for cowards and wimps.

I WAS A ""DIRT WORKER"" i made people laugh for money!!!

My name is Rob,also known as Beau,after my late boss Beau Spencer. To all this may concern,and to all the WEAK ASS SALESPEOPLE looking for a free ride,and sympathy about your weakness in sales,and to collaborate about the abuse on the crew,well it is definately not for everyone!!
A MAG crew consists of Hard Knock individuals. Whether you just got out of Juvi,or rebelling against your parents!!
This is how THE classification,and the actual Model of the CREW happens.
1ST: if your a rich boy or girl,or can pull it off,,you will work the Upper Class apts or homes, . And if you are good looking and suave you can be a STEMMER!(work the malls and busy parking lots near ATMs.
2ND: you may be a little more at home talking to people at home,so we would call you a DOOR KNOCKER,which is where you can relax ,have a beer,or a shag if the timings right.
3RD:Is for the DIRT worker,as in I will work anything,from trailer parks to non english speaking communities,and finding any way possible to get 25$ from them for a subscription. Electric Bill,Immigration,BEER,etc!!
THE CREW is based on competition,and if any of you weak asses ever got mentioned in a morning meeting in WEST PALM ,then you would know the life changing effect that it has on you.Granted I was beat up a few times, had to hitch hike across country alot for being arrested and having to catch up with the CREW,but thats what made me what i am today.Of course if you had a home to fall back on,well then you wouldnt go through with the boot camp,but those who did,and as i remember on my crew,#044,run by tim B,were alot of rich kids who wanted there freedom, and 10 sales a day gave that to ANYONE!!! I hated it at first,I had Long Hair and started in the northeast,I was ready to go after 3 days,but because I had no place to go I stuck with it,during winter!! Eventually I caught on,and earned respect,and earned responsibilities,I became a man,and with that I traveled the U.S. 6 times.If I havent been to your door,I have been around it!!
The only difference with me was I was a jokester,as in I made you laugh and give me a beer before you bought!!Even if you didnt get the mag,i made it worth your while!!Most of the time you dont get your mag because we will take a two year subscription and turn it into 2 one Year subscriptions for quota!! And also to gain the respect of others with most sales!!
Anyway,the point is,not everyone can work 9 to 5!! Think of a MAG CREW as if it were a circus!! As in if you dont have a talent,you better develop one or your out!!
Its only as bad as you make it,and well the gift is wealth and financial freedom!!
As the black guy said in the video,,you can sell door to door you can sell anything,anywhere!!!
Im a telephone jockey now in asia, I went from 30$ to 30,000$!!!

Back in 2003 when I worked for that company I did not know what it was that they did with the money and it was not until I was close to quitting in 2004 that I learned the full scope of what a scam that company was. I alway knew that some people did not get there magazines or at least said that they did not but what I did not know was that the company was not even required to fullfill 100% of there orders to stay in business and that they played that rule to the very brink of what they could get away with. There are a lot of things that I could say about them but I wont cause that is not my way. I have since left that company and went on to serve my country honorably in the military and I am on a very good path now and I advise anyone who is still there and reads any of this to get out that means you Matt I know your there man.
