My family and I were set to move into one of Pama Management homes in March. We gave them deposit and first month rent three weeks before the move. Plenty of time to do the finishing touches on the home before we moved in. My wife's mother lives a couple of block's from the home we were going to rent, so she drove by, two days before the move, to see if anyone was working on the house. She did not see anyone, she drove by the day of the walk through, when see got there, there must have been 15 to 20 illegal aliens trying to fix all the problem with the house we they had THREE weeks to do it. I made the mistake of letting my wife go alone for the walk through, I really had no choice I had to work and couldn't call off. They promised my wife that everything would be fixed in one week, so she sign the agreement sheet. If I were to have seen the way they supposedly fixed up the house I would have never had signed and asked for my money back. We had to threaten them by telling them we will call the Inland Fair Housing & Mediation if they did not fix all of the problems that needs to be fixed. I had to pay out of my own pocket to get some professional help. I strongly recommend that you DON'T RENT from this company. This is America speak ENGLISH. We didn't stay to long to much problems they couldn't fix. ASSHOLES

There is a Class Action Lawsuit pending against PAMA Mgmnt. that you should know about; I tried to post it here on ripoffreport but I guess one of the site's censors, censored it (I don't see it posted)--anyway:if you want more information about the class action lawsuit--go to CityofYucaipa.gov & send an "in-house" e-mail through thier rent-control sub-site on thier site search engine & request the telephone number of the Yucaipa Mobilehome Resident's Association & call it (once you have obtained it from City Hall's Rent Control Administrator--(hopefully) by return-call from her)and after you call it & the answering machine or the volunteer worker picks it up for the Association they'll tell you the information needed to add yourself(s) to the Class Action Lawsuit, against PAMA Mgmnt. Corp.
