I purchased a 3D Blue Ray from Panasonic with an offer to get a free 3D Blue Ray. I cut the UPC code from the box and STAPLED it to the receipt and completed all of the information required. About 4 weeks later I get a not back a form letter that my request was denied.

Now they want the front page of the owners manual - which is great except that is not provided with DVD player it is "downloadable".

This is the last Panasonic product that I will ever purchase.
